Supplies Needed:

• 1 cup of candy cane pieces or peppermint candies
• 2 pounds white chocolate
• Serving tray

1.Break your chocolate into small pieces and place in the top pan of a double boiler over hot, not boiling water. You may also use a glass or metal mixing bowl on top of a saucepan that’s half-full of water. Stir often.
2.Break candy cane or peppermint candy into tiny pieces and stir into the chocolate mix, reserving a small portion to sprinkle over the top.
3.Pour mixture onto a chilled cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Chill in your refrigerator for approximately one hour.
4.After chilled, break into pieces and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
