1. Product manager
This position requires strategic, long term and creative thinking and is responsible for the ongoing management and execution of the assigned business categories to ensure delivery of sales, profit and retail performance goals. This is done primarily through the development and management of complete product program plans and related model lines. The product management function plays a key role in the product and program development from concept to in-store execution. This includes workflow management of sales presentation needs, mock-up requests, design team management and art production. Profitability and accuracy of programs is the responsibility of the product manager, working with sourcing, supply chain and sales counterparts
2. Sales manager
To serve as a professional sales leader in building and maintaining profitable relationships with Key Accounts by developing new sales growth opportunities and responding to critical service needs. Also seek out new accounts and effectively communicate Gartner’s advantages in order to convert prospects into valuable customers.
3. Project manager
This supply chain position is responsible for managing and executing import and domestic programs in compliance with all customer and governmental regulations. Programs are required to be delivered on-time while meeting the quality expectations of our internal and external customers. The position requires detailed timeline management, good product knowledge, and an excellent ability to communicate clear and precise information to our overseas and domestic sourcing teams and factory partners. It requires excellent team building and partnership skills. As this position requires detailed communication between the US and China, work hours will be staggered to cover portions of both US and China business hours.
4. Mara-Mi Retail supervisor
As a Mara Mi Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in enhancing our image as a service store. The main focus of the Supervisor is to generate sales and provide outstanding customer service. The Supervisor also continually builds on a strong base of product knowledge, and assists the Store + Café Manager in the upholding of company directed visual merchandising standards.
5. russell+hazel retail sales associate
Our new flagship store in the North Loop neighborhood is not just about selling products, it’s an experience. The experience of discovery, experimentation, expression and of course, delight. Our FT/PT Sales Associates will be responsible for ensuring high level customer experiences, working with manager to achieve personal and collective sales goals, properly following opening and closing store procedures, in addition to assisting Store Management as needed with operational tasks.
